While lifting a phone call, my iphone is switching on the speaker automatically and i have to off it everytime. I tried changing mode in accessibility to automatic and also have restarted the phone many times but no use.
also i still see the last call as running while getting new call

The switch for that is well hidden and if you are touching the Dynamic Island during the call you might be enabling it.
