I have an iPhone 12 Pro updated to the latest software and 4 apps have just deleted out of the blue. Would downloading tik tok 20 mins before it happened have anything to do with it. Can anyone help?

Have you checked the App Library to see if the apps are still listed there? If so (be sure to check the Hidden folder at the bottom of the App Library screen), you should be able to just drag them back to the Home Screen wherever you want them. If they're not listed there, you can download them again from the App Store, assuming that they're still available.

Go to the App Store on your iPhone, tap your user icon, and tap Apps. That will give you a list of all the apps you've purchased, and if you go to the "Not on this iPhone" tab, that should make it easy for you to see what's missing and re-download them.

There not in any of the folders and I can’t remember what apps they were which makes is a lot harder to get them back
Nothing was there except apps that I know I’ve deleted
