Does anybody use and/or recommend the app Clean My Mac from MacPaw?

It's really good - if your goal is to reduce the functionality and speed of your Mac by at least half.
Never install anything that claims to clean, or speed up your Mac. Every one of them is utter junk. It's the same for any AV, and free or cost VPN software.
It is trash!
Save yourself any trouble by not installing it. The answers are the same as it was 3 years ago.

It's neither necessary nor useful. It can cause more issues than it purports to solve, and Mac's don't need cleaning apps.
Please do not install it.

What made you decide that you might want to use it? I.e., what problem are you trying to solve?
Better know as Brick-My-Mac. A over priced app that belongs in the Trash.
