Network speed critically slow during and after Time Machine sync on MacBook

Since I received my new MacBook Pro M2 Max in February 2023, I notice that once in a while it jam. Not able to open a Web page, unable to write nor receive emails and all sorts of other things involving the network. I looked at the Activity Monitor and I see the "Kernel_task" with a large amount of GB of sends. In the packets meter, the out is totally saturated. After many try and errors, I finally realized that it happed only after the Time Machine backup finish and it last several minutes before the network return to a normal state. I have no problem with my Mac Mini M2 Pro Ventura 13.7.1 and the 4 Intel base Mac in the household.
