What happened 18.1.1 Update? Calendar not searchable and Voicemails missing

Apple needs to send fix for 18.1.1 update. Calendar not searchable and voicemails are missing. God knows what else is screwed up. Also, after this update - I received, in rapid fire, about 30 phone calls from spammers and other unknowns. Had to spend time looking up fixes - which alleged fixes people put out there - and they don’t work. And I had to spend time blocking new callers. The whole update is a disaster
