Sleep tracking reporting bad data and it’s hurting my ability to manage my multiple sclerosis
My Apple Watch is completely reporting bad sleep data claiming sleep 2 - 3.5 times more sleep. Get and it is truly hurting my ability to manage my multiple sclerosis symptoms. I try to manually make adjustments to the sleep function within health but then it will tell me that I averaged 2. -3.5+ hours a day the past week. Is as if that adjustment has been completely disregarded.
I suffer from extreme fatigue and am couch bound often but it is FAR from sleep. How do I fix this or just shutting it ff completely and allow me to manually input all sleep data b/c apple has completely failed here.
