I was gifted a refurbished apple pc and it windows on it. I’ve tried looking for boot camp not there, also when I look at pc in files it says local disk. I’ve even did opt, alt, and R because I’m using a windows keyboard and the white screen with the white world shows up and asks for WiFi I put the WiFi password in the world spins and then the screen goes black and it’s back to windows. Someone pls help me

If your Mac has Windows on it, either it was not properly refurbished, or it's a fake and not really a Mac at all. See if you can get it into Recovery Mode:
Erase your Mac and reset it to factory settings - Apple Support
If you can, erase the Mac and start fresh. If you can't get it into Recovery Mode at all (either standard Recovery Mode or Internet Recovery), then most likely either it's defective or it is indeed a fake.
