Using a bit by bit software to sync two hard drives I am getting this error on my new computer. I have already given this program full disc access.

I would not worry about that file.
It is an Invisible file (begins with dot) and from its name it appears to be an in progress index discovered to be BAD. leave it behind and don't worry about it for a moment.
Sync Software on new computer
