How to transfer a user from my Family share to another one?

Stop sharing on my iPhone is grayed out. In order for me to stop sharing I need to transfer my niece to a different family share. My niece is already on family share with her mom. My family share is via my nieces Gmail. Her mom‘s family share is via her iCloud. How do I disable my family share or transfer her to her mom?

Your description is very confusing. You talk about wanting to stop sharing with your account but then you say this is your niece's account.

I presume this is a minor age child? The document Move a child to another group using Family Sharing - Apple Support says: "You can't remove a child under 13 years old [see the document for regional age variations] from your family group, but you can move them to another group or delete their account." If this is a non-minor child you can remove them from your group as outlined in this document Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support
