External LG Monitor flickers & re-sync's on Sequoia

Mid-2020 MacBook Intel here. The moment I upgraded to Sequoia, my external LG monitor temporarily loses it's connection every couple minutes. The image drops on both my MacBook and LG monitor like it's been unplugged, then the Mac screen flickers, then both come back. It happens a few times an hour, continuously, as long as the LG monitor is plugged in. I've upgraded to 15.1.1 and it's still happening.

I called support and they had me try a different logged in user, try in safe mode, and a few other things. Nothing works. I tried a different HDMI cable, but that didn't work, though I really have no reason to believe it would be hardware. I noticed that duplicate color profiles for the LG are being created, but even if I manually deleted them both, it still happens after a few minutes. It's been a few months of this and it's excruciatingly annoying. It's clearly a bug. Never did it once in 4 years - until I upgraded to Sequoia.
