Camera not working Iphone 15 plus

I went to the service center today. They said they installed a fresh version of iOS for the isuue. It worked for a few hours, but I am facing the same problem again. Sometimes the camera works, but most of the time, it shows a black screen when opening it.

No, I haven't deleted the camera app, and this issue has been occurring for the last 15-20 days. So, today I spoke with customer support. They checked it and said I need to visit the service center. I went there and I think they reset the phone instead of uploading new IOS file/ fresh IOS, and it worked for a while, but then the problem started again.
