I am frustrated with my IPHONE since the IOS 18.1.1 updated and I lost files

I am so frustrated with my IPHONE 13Pro and with Apple in general. I had a file in my docs that was all my passwords, and usernames for certain websites. I also had another file that had all the cute things my son had said when he was a baby. However, with this new update, it deleted. I looked under recently deleted files, I have searched everywhere and yet it is gone. I am so very angry and I will never, never, never buy an apple product again. Unless I can find these filles
