Unauthorized $4.99 charge for "5-4 Premiere" on Pandora

Starting in August of this year, I began seeing a $4.99 (plus tax) extra charge on my monthly Pandora statement labeled “5-4 Premiere” I looked up 5-4 Premiere and get little information. I don’t recall agreeing to this charge. How to remove it?

The detail is:

August 2024 VISA Card bill: $4.99 plus tax for 5-4 Premiere

September’s 2024 VISA Card bill: $4.99 plus tax for 5-4 Premiere

October 2024 VISA Card bill: $4.99 plus tax for 5-4 Premiere

November 2024 VISA Card bill: $4.99 plus tax for 5-4 Premiere

what is this charge for exactly and how might I have agreed to such a monthly charge. Finally, how do I cease being charged this $4.99, which I believe is unauthorized, and how do I receive a refund for these 4 months?

How to see what you were charged for

To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple Account.
A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple Account button and choose a family member.
To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.

If the charge is for a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription. Find out where else you can view your Purchase History.

If you checked reportaproblem.apple.com and your emailed receipts and you're still not sure why you were charged, contact Apple Support.

If you're a Family Sharing organizer it may be a family member who has subscribed and you will have to bring this up with that person.
