Rotating external monitor view

I would like to change the orientation on the external monitor 90° the same as the phone in landscape mode, however this seems to remain stuck in portrait mode, I would like to see my security camera on the big screen and in normal position instead of tilted 90°.

Is apple ever going to implement this, this issue has been raised for some time now and my Nokia N8 (also with Oled screen) from 2010 is actually doing that via the included micro-hdmi cable.. you could use the Nintendo Wii remote as a bluetooth remote for the phone (using the big screen app). THAT was innovation...

Using a USB-C to HDMI cable, my Iphone 16 PRO from 2024 cannot even do that.... 200€ vs 1500€.

14 years and Nokia still outsmarting the Apple, such a shame Microsoft killed it...

At least the camera of the Iphone 16 is better now..

This is a software / firmware issue I am sure, is there no smart guy at Apple who can fix this?

I have found several posts in the community that asked for the same in the past years, but it is not here yet...?

Or did I miss the solution?
