Not sure I completely understand this question but in my experience, you are able to pair AirPods Pro 2s to multiple phones with different Apple IDs and they will work fine, however the "FIND MY" functionality for the Airpods Pro 2s will only work for the 1st/initial Apple ID (presumably the original owner), unless the device is removed from this Apple ID by "forgetting" the Airpod Pro 2s in the Bluetooth settings (hence removing them from your icloud).
I found this out the long hard way (Genius bar visits, chats, calls with support). Nothing worked until I was walking away from an unsuccessful genius bar appt. assuming I'd have to live with not being able to use FIND MY to locate my AirPod Pros 2 and I recalled I bought the Airpods for my dad who decided he didn't like the fit and gave them to me. He never removed them from his bluetooth settings and as soon as I had him remove them, Find MY started working for my Airpod Pros 2 with my icloud/Apple ID.
