Why is my Apple Music library not updating?

So I have this issue with tracks not being uploaded, and my library not being updated.

Added some new music in alac format, and wanted to get them uploaded to my music-match library, so that they're available on my other devices.

Cloud-Download-status says "waiting", so I hit File > Library > Update Cloud-Library, and nothing happens.

Account is activated, internet-connection is good, all seems good.

What could be wrong?
