Bluetooth indicates off in Menu Bar despite being on in System Settings

Just recently updated to Sequoia.

I turn on Mac mini needing to send a doc on iPhone via Airdrop to it, Bluetooth is off so I try to turn on in upper right of screen, can't, turn on in System Settings but still can't send and in upper right of screen it still appears off.

What to do?

Aside from the good advise already presented

How may times has the Mac Mini computer been restated since the update to Sequoia 15.2 ?

It is amazing how a restart may or may not bring back the ability to Turn On the Bluetooth

You may also consider a restart in Safe Mode.

This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts.

The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading.

It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

Does the issue present in this mode ?
