Здравствуйте. 16.12.2024 г. списали деньги 29990 за приложение, с которой не пользуюсь. Я отправила заявку на возврат. Но сегодня посмотрела статус возврат был. Но по факту не было

1. Sign in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.

If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription using the directions in this article --> If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

They've already done that. Even without being able to translate the text in the screenshot, its URL is for Apple's Report A Problem site; in this case, one refund has been granted and the other denied.

I covered this above. Apple changed the format for its Knowledge Base article URLs a while ago.
