Since iOS 18.2 when I write fast with both thumbs on my iPhone it sometimes splits words with space between, and autocorrect them to completely wrong words (often not even words). I am writing in Swedish. At the same time there is some kind of stripes swooshing around the keyboard.
This is so annoying! Can this be turned off, without turning off the normal autocorrect? Any name for this functionality?

Have you turned off Slide to Type?
Also if you have a bilingual keyboard, you may want to go back to monolingual ones

Do you have Settings>General>Keyboards>Slide to Type enabled? Sorry, I don't know what that looks like in Swedish or of Slide to Type is even an option.
