Unresponsive keyboard and charging port on Macbook Air M1
After working all day, I closed my Macbook Air M1, and opened the computer the next day and the keyboard was unresponsive. I also noticed that the charging port closest to the screen is not working. The mousepad works, the screen is lit but no keys respond.
I have taken it to Apple and they tried some work around and gave up saying it would need a hardware repair, however, I am on vacation, so I can't have it repaired in time.
Is this a hardware issue, or is it software for which someone has an answer?
See this computer is not that old has been treated very well and has not had anything splashed on the keyboard, should apple cover this repair?
