Can windows tweaks work on Boot Camp?

iMac 2017, intel i5-7360U.

I use Boot Camp to run windows 10 for only gaming and mac for studying purposes.

So for windows to perform better at games, there is are some options like pc tweaking which basically deletes bloatware from your pc, this might be a weird question but using windows tweaks on Boot Camp affect the files that are necessary for mac to run windows?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 12.7

The Windows install is basically self-contained, so you should be able to remove "bloatware" and tweak the registry and so forth (as long as you don't remove the parts of Boot Camp that exist in Windows or accidentally damage the Apple hardware-specific drivers or registry settings.

What you won't be able to do is any hardware tweaks that rely on access to the BIOS or UEFI settings, since a Mac doesn't have BIOS and the UEFI settings are inaccessible to you. So, for example, manually controlling a Mac CPU clock is practically impossible.
