Electric shock while charging MacBook Air m3

I bought a MacBook air m3 last month from US and now when I plug it in charge, I get a little electric shock from the metal body, is it normal? It's like a little vibration feeling. And when I remove it from charging then I do not get the electric shock.

I do not believe this is a problem with the Mac or its charger, per se. Rather, I suspect it is a problem with the electrical wiring for the outlet/receptacle.

Personally, I have experienced the electrical tingling described with my own Macs on rare occasions. When it happens, it’s tied to the outlet. I have used different computers and different adapters on the same outlet and experienced the problem, when those same devices do not result in a tingling plugged in annywhere else.

You're absolutely correct. It's pretty common, especially with the U.S. adapter. It's also harmless.
