Home Sharing issue with iPad Air 5th Gen

I have a MBP (2016) with Monterey 12.7.6 which I loaded movies on.

I turned on Home Sharing, and was able to access the library from my Apple TV

Then I was able to access the library on my new iPhone 16 Pro with 18.2

But then I tried to do the same with my new iPad Air (5th Gen) with 18.2, go to the TV app, and go to Home Sharing, it says "Failed to connect."

All devices are signed in with same ID, all on same WiFi.

What am I missing?

Ok, I found the issue using this post:

DUh. I found the problem. Did not give local network acccess. For other people with this problem, here is the solution:

Go to Settings, Privacy and Security, local network. Turn on access to those apps that require access to your local network to work.
