they are scammers, first take your money, then they ask 10 percent commission, when you pay commission they ask for 10 percent taxes, after that they ask for more money, keep on getting money from you till you can.

they don't have any legal certificates to prove themselves.

Please stay away

That should be a clue when you cannot download the app in the App Store. Nothing you do on a website has anything to do with Apple and you are on your own in the Wild Wild West. If you are in the US, you can report scam websites here:

Hey, I'm lucky to get my money out on time. Did you get scammed by this app? I'm now 100% sure that they'll lure you into putting more money into the app by letting you withdraw it. I know some people who put in more than $100k and can't get their money out. They ask you to pay taxes before getting more of your money. Please be careful and don't let them. You can find a lot of articles online about this scam, which targets big money and takes money from people who work hard. Karma will get them.

This post says it all:

It’s a mystery why anyone would think random people on WhatsApp, telegram, signal, twitter, etc would have valuable financial advice or services.

Quit turning over your financial information and giving money to people you don't even know. These scams are heavily promoted on these Social Media sites where the posters are paid to get people to follow their links to promote these scams. These people are not your "friends" and just because you see something on the internet does not mean it is true. It is your responsibility to keep your personal and financial information secure and it is surprising that no matter how many times these scams are uncovered, when the next one comes along people are so willing to jump on board and then wonder where their money went and who to blame for it.
