Brand new Mac Studio, had it less than 2 months. Each time I wake it from sleep, it reboots TWICE. When I get signed back in I see the "your Mac shut down because of a problem" dialogue box, and I submit the logs to Apple.
What gives? Am I better off just leaving it idle and powering down my monitor? Thanks in advance.

Full computer sleep mode is causing your reboots and other issues.
Leave the display power on and only allow it to turn off in standby mode.
As a Test:
Turn On "Prevent automatic sleeping when display is off"
Set "Turn display off when inactive" to 5 or 10 minutes
Leave the Mac Studio On and only allow the display(s) to turn Off
It should not be necessary to power down the external display
Do not manually Sleep from the Apple Drop Down menu
Shut Down the Mac Studio when away for a day or more
