I had recently found my lost phone and turned Lost Mode off, but when i went onto the phone i couldn’t use my face ID to unlock it. How do i go into my phone when lost mode is all the way off, but the face ID won’t work?

You may use the passcode instead.
If you still need help, reset your Face ID, then set it up again. Go to Settings, tap Face ID & Passcode, then tap Reset Face ID. Next, tap Set up Face ID to set it up again.

The password will only unlock the option to use face ID. I can also not reset the face ID because i cannot get into the phone without using it in the first place.
i have the same problem, did someone know how to fix it?
