Continuity camera not working on Mac Studio M2 Max

Continuity camera with Mac Studio M2 Max = does not work!

Has anyone found a solution to this problem. As stated by others, if I plug in a webcam, then the continuity camera works. Otherwise, I get nothing.

Chip: Mac Studio M2 Max

Mac OS: Sequoia 15.1.1 (24B91)

iPhone 13 Pro

iOS 18.1.1

Hello,

Yes, I have tried all the usual things (landscape, tri-pod, etc), and have followed the procedure in Apple Support.

Yes, the iPhone is recognised when connected to the Mac using its charge cable. But I want to use it wirelessly.

Again, continuity camera works if I have another webcam plugged into a usb port . . . otherwise it just doesn't appear as a choice.

Any other suggestions? Anyone who has found a way to fix this?

It's very frustrating as I would like to use my iPhone as a video input for the work I'm doing.
