Magically Changing Settings: Remote Status Not Showing?!

I have noticed that both on my Mac Studio and on my Iphone settings change on their own as if someone is changing them remotely.

I have noticed that there aren’t ever messages prompting me to make these changes or notifying me of these changes; yet, I often have to go into the system settings and turn off Airdrop, blutooth, remote access and wifi auto connects whenever it wants, even when I have auto connect turned off. I feel these settings make it easier for someone to glitch and steal data I keep my data and wifi OFF until I am ready to use it and find these things have been tripped on MAGICALLY.

Additionally my Iphone; every model I have owned magically cut itself on.

Is there a feature or way to monitor these system changes?

Does apple have a way that the system will flag the user of ANY and ALL system changes?

Can apple find away for our devices to scan for a double or even jail broken phones?

Apple needs a feature that allows valid user to detect other administrative devices nearby?

Better yet how can we make our Mac undetectable?

Part but not all of the solution is somewhat related to the answer in your other thread.

The rest sounds like macOS Continuity, which is not easily shut off with the flick of a switch.
