Understanding 'simsetupUIservice' on iPhone

On my daughters iPhone there is an app being used every day for een few seconds called ‘simsetupUIservice’. What does it mean?

We can’t control her phonetime. The apps have limits, but it’s not working, so maybe this is part of the reason why?

thanks!

It's very simple: it actually shows that your daughter had to enter the SIM PIN.

A very common trick is to restart the device several times until finally the Screen Time app limits no longer work. This error is one of many Screen Time loopholes (search for Screen Time tricks) and is eagerly shared among children. My daughter also did this regularly to use social media excessively. Since repeated friendly explanations and agreements on rules didn't help and Apple completely failed here, I finally deleted the important social media app from her smartphone and made an example of her. Since then she has stuck to the time limits.
