How can I disable app forwarding feature off on iPhone?
Basically, I want when switching between apps so they stay at their place; no one comes forward nor back.

If I understand you correctly, when you swipe up the iPhone screen to switch apps, you want the applications to remain in their position as displayed. You don't want the display order to change.
Yeah, there is no option to make that happen. The apps appear on the list in the order of last use. The current app is frontmost, the previously used app is behind that, and so on.
