Apple Music Web player no longer showing playlists

None of my playlists are showing on the apple music web player. But all my artists, albums, and songs are there. I tried multiple browsers on PC, android tablet and iPad. I logged out and back in, rebooted, Yada, Yada, Yada - no playlists. All the playlists show up in the music app on ipad. But in the web player no playlists. I can create a new Playlistin the web player, and it shows up and I can play it. But if I click "show all playlists" nothing shows up, only the button to 'browse apple music'. If I close the web player and reopen, those playlists I just created are gone. My account is not lapsed, closed, or otherwise.
