Apple Watch 10 Sleep Tracking displays only blue block

Had apple watch 10 for 23 days. Two days ago it started only showing a blue block. One day before that it had all colors going up and down not for specific types sleeping. I have set times for sleep and awake and it’s tight on my wrist. How do I fix it?

You should let Apple know directly about this issue with Sleep Tracking by using the Feedback link, as this is the only way to reach them to report watchOS problems.

Did you get up during the night, or has your resting heart rate been higher than usual? In this case the watch may think that you are taking a nap.

This feature clearly needs some more fine tuning.
