Iphone 12 cellular hardware issue

I received a reconditioned iPhone 12 today. I ran the diagnostics test and all is good except for a cellular hardware issue detected on the cellular RF front end test. What should I do?

Contact whoever sold it to you, explain the problem, and possibly return it.

If this iPhone was reconditioned by Apple, then it is warrantied. Return for warranty. If not, then you are at the mercy of the company that did the reconditioning.

Does the phone actually work as it's supposed to?
