iMovie won't open due to missing music permissions on iOS

I’ve read other threads and done all suggestions but nothing works. When I open the iMovie it asks

me to update my music settings but there are no music settings for the app. I have reset my privacy and location. Deleted the app and reinstalled it but it made no difference. I still cannot open the app due to missing music permissions. I’ve the last version of the app & iOS
