Unable to connect my MacBook to Hotel Wi-Fi

I the only MAC user have problem to connect,. but all the other around me connect. The phonee have no problem to connect.

What happens when you try to connect? Error messages?

Try browsing directly to a site like 1.1.1.1, and see if that triggers the hotel's web portal.
