iCloud Terms and Conditions pop-up after agreeing on MacBook Pro

I have recent imported all of my information from my previous MacBook Pro 13", and ever since I have bombarded by the annoying request to agree to the iCloud Terms and Conditions which I have done too many times. I have also updated by software the latest version and currently I am up to date. The pop up still occurs.


What is the solution to this problem? I am truly annoyed.
