trying to get my TikTok back could not find my account on there but it’s still there I can’t find the password and I have no way of accessing my account and it doesn’t show up as an attachment or anything but it

TikTok is banned in the United States.
It is illegal for Apple, Google, or anyone else to help users living "within the land or maritime borders of the United States" to access TikTok. The law prohibits app stores and Internet hosting services from supporting distribution, maintenance, or updating of a "foreign adversary controlled application" such as TikTok.
As far as getting your TikTok account back once it is legal to access TikTok in the U.S., you would probably need to ask TikTok. My guess is that TikTok has not deleted your account unless TikTok themselves banned you, for an unrelated reason.
But just having an account with TikTok won't let you use it if it is illegal for anyone here to provide you the TikTok app, or to host the TikTok service.

As previous replies indicate, it is currently illegal for any company to help to distribute ByteDance, Ltd. apps – including the TikTok app – in the U.S.
Do not expect to find the TikTok app in Apple's U.S. App Store or Google's U.S. Play Store unless, and until, the legal situation changes.
I'm sorry, but you will have to continue to worry.
