new to podcasts, best source to learn how of find what I liked again, can I make a library?

I'm finding podcasts fun but a bit baffling

seeing a lot suggestions that have nothing to do with my choices, can I choose suggestions?

can I store podcasts I have enjoyed to hear new ones? Often, they don't show up on a list again

when I make a list to play in order, can I see that list or go back to it?

I will find options sometimes, that, next time, I can't find how to open them again...

at that "baffled" part of the learning curve, and most "help" does not show the options I find when I look at the screen on my new iPad... outdated or, different model?

is there a great source for a beginner to learn their way around podcasts?
