Mixing Board Master Save

curious if there is a way to save the entire mixing board? i would like to run through various sound scenarios with different fade settings, different plug-ins and bus routing. not sure if this would be part of automation but maybe i need to change my work flow. any assistance is appreciated.

Hi there,

Are you referring to saving a "Template". If so, yes you can certainly do this.

"Once you're done creating your template, you can go ahead and save it. Click “File" from the top-left corner of your screen and select “Save as Template…” What's more, you can program Logic to always load up your custom template when you boot up the DAW"

Hope that helps,

Hi EddieGrey thank you for helping out. I am familiar with templates, but I am more interested in something that some studios have and explained as follows…

An "automated mixing board that can recall fader settings" is typically referred to as a digital mixing console with motorized faders, which allows users to save and instantly recall specific fader positions (representing channel volume levels) by pressing a button, essentially creating "snapshots" of the mix at different points in a performance or recording session

there are YouTube videos if you search it out just they are long and not to the point?
