I have an Apple Watch, AirPods, an iPad and my phone and all of the devices except for my iPad show up in my Find My and I’m just wondering how I could get that to happen

Have you actually enable Find My on your iPad?
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > Find My > Find My iPad > Find My iPad - set to ON
