Apple Card with SSN Austrian Bank
I have US Social Security Number living in Japan.
I have a bank account in Austrian Bank but do not have US citizenship.
Am I eligible for Apple Card.
Are you a permanent US resident and have a US mailing address? PO Boxes and mailing centers do not qualify. You can view the entire requirements to apply for the card in the Apple Sypport article linked below.

On a side note, how do you plan to pay your monthly Statements? The fees charged to convert you payments in foreign currency to US dollars would negate any benefit the card offers.
