Facetime calls appearing on MacBook but not iPhone

I've had an issue for a while where my MacBook will say I am receiving a Facetime call from someone and on my phone that call does not appear in my logs at all. Sometimes this happens the moment I boot up my MacBook, other times it happens (like today) multiple times. The last time I answered one of these it essentially made me call the person when they did not call me.

My MacBook's Facetime logs says there was a call during the time I got called but that call is nowhere to be found in either the phone app or the Facetime app of my phone. My cellular connection works perfectly fine
