How to compare two separate Pages documents?

I have two different versions of the same document, both created in Pages, on my laptop (Macbook Air).

I am hoping that there is a simple way to run a comparison of the two files (like you can do quite easily in MS Word) and the comparison will show you what is different about the files. Can anyone help with how to accomplish this?

(I am using Pages version 14.3)

You could export both documents to Word DOCX and then use MS Word for that comparison process.

Otherwise, you are constrained to an inconvenient visual comparison by concurrently opening both Pages documents in Pages. There is no magic tool for Pages document comparison.
