How do I sort a chart series without changing the original source table?

I have a master table that I am creating multiple charts from onto separate sheets. (I.e. Data from column A goes to sheet 1, from column B to sheet two, etc.) The Charts are showing their series in the same order as on the master table. I know I can change the sort order of an individual column to ascending or descending, but I don’t want to do that on the master table, only on each created chart (in descending order.) In other words, I cannot go to the sheet that has the chart for column A and see my output in descending order unless I scramble my master table. I am doing this on Numbers for iPadOS…I don’t know if it would work any differently if I was using Numbers on my Mac. Any assistance would be welcome!
