Unable to make in-app purchases in the iTunes Store

I am currently having issues making In-App Purchases after adding money from an ITunes Gift Card that I bought.

I bought several and they all worked until the last one where I had to read the code several times due to an error. It read after a while, but then any purchase that I tried to make with the money added from that card has given me an error as the following.

I’ve tried accessing this link that is being showed but the address never brought me to a page.
