HomePods won’t stop disconnecting.

I have 6 HomePod minis (2021-2023 manufacture dates). They are all in different rooms in my house, all *well* within my WiFi mesh system. When playing music via airplay from an iPhone, iMac, or a MacBook the HomePods will intermittently all disconnect. They disappear from airplay menus and show up as non responsive in the HomeKit. Doesn’t matter if the music stream is from Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, etc. Sometimes

the disconnect is preluded but a

crunchy crackling noise

on the devises.

I have done the following to no avail:

  1. Ensured that all devices are running on the most up to date software.
  2. Restarted all HomePods.
  3. Reset router and then restarted HomePods.
  4. Reset and reinstalled all HomePods (before and after resetting the router).
  5. Attempted playing one HomePod at a time to see if one was starting the shut down cascade - together and separately they all cut out.
  6. I turned off the WiFi private networks setting and reset all HomePods, reset WiFi, and then reinstalled all HomePods.

Nothing works. They intermittently continue to cut out.
