Concern about double charges after canceling a subscription on iPhone

i cancled my subscription because i didnt know i was getting charhed 10.99 twice already i had only payed the 0.99 3 day trail but i canceled it right now and it still says renew date Feb 10 will i get charged again ? i payed for the 0.99 3 day trail i didnt pay for the 10.99 each month, I cancled the subscription and still says expired renew date February 10 ? :\
