How to fix lights flikering on camera MacBook Pro 14in 2021

I have a MacBook Pro from 2021 and my webcam doesn’t stop flickering when I use zoom or skype, facetime, whatsapp. I heard the reason might be because of LED lights, and I'm in Europe where the electricity is different, which causes a framerate that is out of sync with 50hz electricity cycles.
