Selecting and deleting rows

I have a fairly simple spreadsheet contains 4 columns the final one being a calculation from the other 3. I want to be able to select all the rows in the final column that contain a zero and delete the row. I would prefer this to be an automated function rather than deleting each row manually.

Apologies if the solution is obvious but I haven't as yet found it so any help would be appreciated.
