I adjusted the volume of video playback from outside sources in Settings, Accessibilty I think. Want to adjust setting but cannot find where to make adjustment. Can someone help. iPhone 15 Pro IOS 18.2.1

Thank you for additional information. Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Video Headphone Accomodations
Try that and let us know if that is what you changed.
Thanks everyone for your help. I think I found where to reverse the adjustment I made. I think I was wrong in where I made the initial adjustment. I have made an adjustment in
Settings>
Sounds & Haptics>
Under Built-In Speaker, tap on Volume Limit>
Turn on Limit Maximum Volume
Adjust the slider

Volume is adjusted using up and down volume buttons on side of iPhone.
Changed volume setting through Settings, Accessibility. Need to reverse. Using up and down volume buttons does not do that
